About Mrs. Rebekah

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. -Colossians 3:16-17

Rebekah grew up learning piano, singing, and playing a secondary instrument, the flute. She had a longtime goal of learning the cello, so when her brother went off to college, leaving his cello behind, it was the perfect opportunity to start cello lessons. She played flute in the Conroe Symphony Orchestra for many years and has done piano accompanying for junior high/high school events.

Rebekah began teaching in 2008 in Conroe, TX where she maintained a studio of about 25 students of varying ages and skills working on basic musical skills, music theory, practice techniques and self-motivation/discipline.

In 2021, Rebekah was married to Rob and moved to the Fort Worth area, where she has started her new music studio!

Rebekah enjoys working with a wide age range of musicians and various experience levels! She has taught a 4-8 year old choir for 8 years, has led a summer music camp for around 50-80 kids for 8 years and has taught private music lessons to beginners (both preschool and adult), high school students with 14 years of piano lessons and everything in between!

Rebekah has a passion for teaching in general, but on the top of her list is music teaching!
